The stay here was relaxing

Liked the hotel, it was clean with a perfect and excellent location. You got good value.- The personnel was attentive and the rooms were a nice size

The second room after we changed was located at the upper floor with a great view to Trondheim. The location of the hotel is almost ideal for a city trip.

Our first room was right by the elevator and a window was broken, it could not be closed. The lady at the front desk was very unfriendly and did not point us to free use etc. The breakfast was prepared at the front desk, not in one Kitchen.

Room for a 3 star hotel quite ok. Clean room. Enough light in the room. Breakfast quite ok for a 3 star hotel. All right for one night

Check-in at 3 p.m. Unfortunately the room was not ready. Had to wait approximately 20 minutes. Were there later than 20 minutes and still only after 1.5 hours got the room

Convenient location right in front of a bus stop. The place has a cozy family-like vibe. The breakfast spread is awesome with a variety of cheeses, veggies, hot bread, and eggs. The staff here are very friendly and polite, making the experience even more enjoyable! 😊

The bed was very comfortable and you had a nice view from the room. Moreover, all sightseeings could be reached on foot from the hotel.

The staff didn't seem to know their way around town. Furthermore, a hair dryer was missing and there were relatively few sockets in the room.

One could clearly see that the windows were pulling and not completely sealed.

This place has been recently renovated and is quite spacious with a double and a single bed.

Good comfort and room facilities. For the offered things, it was very cheap for Norwegian conditions. All sights within walking distance

Nothing to complain about at that price. Bus stop directly in front of the hotel. It's annoying when you come by car and then want to check in.

I stayed in triple room, with a very nice bathroom, good heating, a view onto an outdoor fire escape, felt so welcome. The staff were amazingly nice and a delicious breakfast was provided:)))

The hotel was clean, right by the railway station and a good restaurant, and attractive and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. We would stay there again.

The computer provided for guests use was the only thing not up to the standard of the facilities and the staff. It was overdue for replacement.

The hotel was in the centre and Next to the central station. Staff was kind and helpful.

Our room had an awfull view and a window in the roof that had no curtain (in June it does not get dark). I think we had bad luck with our room and other rooms were better.
